Designed to provide full spinal immobilization when used in combination with a long spine board. The Reeves Sleeve is a vinyl-coated nylon patient restraint tool consisting of full body fastening system and head harness. When a long board is inserted into the underside of the sleeve, a rigid immobilization device results. Used for vertical/horizontal lift extrication. Stores easily in a roll-up shape, complete with carry case.
